Copra house and the banyan tree

Oil on canvas Painted 2001 40 x 50cm. On the beautiful Caribbean estate of Balenbouche this old barn was once used to store the copra produced from coconut husks on the plantation. The huge old banyan tree spreads its branches out over the garden.
